1. Booking & Deposits

A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your safari reservation, secure luxury lodge permits, and obtain non-refundable national park trekking permits (such as gorilla or chimpanzee tracking permits). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the safari commencement date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Between 30 and 59 days, a 30% charge applies. Cancellations under 30 days before arrival are subject to full lodge cancellation fees as enforced by individual properties.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive international travel and medical insurance (including emergency medical evacuation, trip interruption, and baggage loss) is mandatory for all clients participating in safari activities.
